Through three key components, providing referrals, raising public awareness and helping to raise both public and private funding for veterans, families of veterans, and the programs and services that are relevant to their needs, our organization will successfully maximize these goals and objectives that have been set forth.
Serving as a referral-based organization, From the Warfront to the Homefront Foundation Inc. will function and serve as a "linchpin" or "bridge" that will connect veterans and the families of veterans with the various organizations/agencies that have been established to not only address the concerns and problems that they are confronting, but also provide a multitude of relevant and crucially important programs and services that seek to improve their quality of life. In seeking to "fast track" these individuals to the areas of assistance that they are reaching out to, our goal will be to expedite the needs of veterans and families of all veterans with minimal stress, bureaucratic red tape and wait time for crucial and immediate care.
This collaboration and integration will involve a wide-ranging and extensive network of community-based organizations (CBO's); veteran groups; governmental agencies; health-care agencies and professiopnals;educational facilities/institutions; legal services; job training/placement programs; business entities (both public and private), and so much more. Our organization will seek to expand and sustain its referral-based network by reaching out to any other viable and relevant programs and services who may want to establish partnerships that will further provide assistance to veterans and their families battle a barrage of socioeconomic and health-related problems.
Secondly, our organization will help to raise/heighten the public's awareness on the numerous socioeconomic and health-related concerns, issues and problems that all these above noted individuals are facing each and every day. Our stated goal here, our purpose, our goal is to first and foremost, generate and facilitate a wide-ranging and massive educational "forum" for the American public at large. Only then, can we expand and enrich on what the public already knows about such matters.
These goals and objectives, which have a great potential for success will be facilitated through partnerships and/or linkages with relevant organizations and various media markets. Public service announcements (PSA's) will be provided by veterans; veteran organizations and support groups; public officials and any organization that has a working partnership with the foundation.
The third component that our organization seeks to successfully accomplish, will be to create, develop and foster a massive fund-raising initiative that will generate donations from a wide-ranging spectrum of private and public corporations, charitable foundations and events, and finally, the public at large.
All generated funds will be fully earmarked for veterans, veteran families and any relevant programs and services that specifically address their quality of life issues, concerns and needs.
